Ajay Malhotra has re-located to the U.S., and has started his own orchestra with the help of some of his friends. His brother, Akshaye, decides to visit him, and once he arrive to the U.S., Akshaye finds out that the Police have a warrant for the arrest of Ajay, and want to question him about this. Akshaye’s attempts to locate Ajay, lands him with a female criminal don named Maya, who also happens to be Priya’s sister. Maya is holding Ajay, and will only release him after he hands over incriminating documents.

A pair of twin brothers, Kishen and Kanhaiya are separated at birth. Kishen grows up with his wealthy and paralyzed dad, Sunderdas, while Kanhaiya grows up in a poor family and is a slacker. Sunderdas brother-in-law, Lala Gendamal, has his eyes on the estate and forces Kishen to sign a will. This states that he is the sole owner of the estate, on Kishen refusal he mysteriously murders him disposing his body in the ocean. Now Kanhaiya attempts to fit in Kishen shoes and bring his brother’s killers to justice.
