Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011)

Mumbai-based Kabir Dhiman, who comes from a wealthy building construction family, proposes to his long-time girlfriend, Natasha, much to the delight of both their respective families. He then gets together with one of two of his close friends, Imran Habib, a writer by profession, and they contact their London-based financial broker friend, Arjun, to remind him of a pact of traveling to Spain. The trio commence their long overdue trip not fully realizing that Arjun has still not forgiven Imran for his break-up with Sunani, while he himself regrets being dumped by Rohini, and must also compete with Imran for the affections of gorgeous Deep Sea Diving Instructor, Laila; Kabir struggles to accept life as Natasha’s husband; and Imran must ready himself to meet his biological father, Salman, who had abandoned him at birth.

Orphaned at a young age, former officer with Goa Police, Arjun Vishnu Bhaagwat, now lives alone, though he has a sweetheart in gorgeous model, Priya. Amidst reports of police extending their search for missing prostitutes, specifically the Caucasian daughter of a high-profile Russian Diplomat, Arjun is hired by a gangster, Sameer, and for a fee, must not only locate missing call-girls but also their abductor. Unable to get any clues, he than enlists the assistance of Sameer to recruit a bait, Reshma, who comes from an impoverished family, for the killer. Shortly thereafter Reshma goes missing, and Arjun loses contact with her. Guilt-ridden, he decides to use all possible resources to try and locate her before she herself becomes included in the official ‘missing persons’ list.
Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji (2011)

After Mumbai-based Naren’s Ahuja’s wife, Madhvi, leaves him along with their daughter, he decides to move into an apartment, and share it with two others. He ends up having two tenants – a Casanova-type Abhay Suri, and an aspiring-nerdy poet, Milind Kelkar. While fending-off advances from his lawyer, Sunanda Pradhan, he falls head-over-heels with a new employee, June Pinto, at his bank where he works as a Loans Officer. Abhay decides to woo former Miss India, Anushka, who is married to wealthy Harsh, while Milind has given his heart to Gungun Sarkar. The trio then embark on a roller-coaster ride in order to woo and win the women they want to spend the remainder of their lives with.
Band Baaja Baaraat (2010)

After Delhi-based slacker-collegian, Bittoo Sharma’s father asks him to return home to work in the sugar-cane fields, he refuses and decides to partner with career-minded wedding planner, Janakpuri-based Shruti Kakkar. She refuses to have to do anything with him, but after he impresses her, she partners with him, they set up ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ and begin organizing small wedding celebrations with struggling restaurateur and florist, Rajinder Singh and Maqbool respectfully. The duo hit big time after they organize a wedding party at Sainik Farm and begin to have dreams of bettering their lives. It is then Shruti realizes that she has fallen in love with Bittoo, and is embittered when he does not reciprocate. This bitterness gets worse, and the duo split up, with Bittoo opening ‘Happy Weddings’ – resulting in a downward spiral of their performance. With creditors hovering over them…
Once Upon a Time in Mumbai (2010)

During March 1993, after his Ambassador car is being fished out of water, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Agnel Wilson, narrates to the Commissioner as to how he commenced his investigation against an underworld gangster, Sultan Mirza. He details how Sultan had survived floods in Madras, shortly after Independence; his arrival in Bombay; and his employment which earned him a mere 25 Paisa daily. Agnel’s attempts to rein in Sultan fail, but he keeps tabs on him and his romance with Bollywood actress, Rehana; as well as his new recruit, Shoaib, the son of Sub-Inspector Khan. Agnel will find his investigation slipping out of his hands after Sultan temporarily delegates complete responsibility to Shoaib.
